  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing time may be slightly extended

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:

    • Location

    • Courier partner availability

    • External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers

  • Any additional charges (such as COD, if available) will be clearly shown before order confirmation

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email

  • Customers can track their order status using the provided tracking link

5. Delivery Guidelines
