At Premium Lenses, we deal in contact lenses which are hygiene-sensitive and personal-use products. For safety and quality reasons, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of contact lenses:

  • All products are non-returnable once delivered

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong color or variant selection

    • Personal preference

    • Discomfort or suitability issues

This policy is implemented to ensure customer safety and product hygiene standards

2. Replacement Eligibility (Valid Cases Only)

We offer replacement only, and strictly in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong product

  • Product is defective (sealed pack issue)

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is compulsory as proof

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

3. Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer refunds after delivery

  • Refund is applicable only if:

    • Replacement is not available

    • Order is cancelled before dispatch

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Actual credit time depends on banking/payment provider

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

5. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Unboxing video / images

  3. Our team will verify the request

  4. Once approved, replacement will be arranged

6. Shipping Charges

  • Replacement shipping will be free in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • No return/exchange is applicable for other reasons
